No — and this is an important distinction. A statutory agent (Arizona's term for registered agent) is a specific legal role that requires formally consenting to accept service of process — lawsuits, state notices, and legal documents — on behalf of your entity. It carries legal obligations that go beyond providing a physical address.
TelemedAddress.com provides a qualified medical address for DEA registration, state licensing, and Medicare enrollment. That is a different service. For your Arizona Corporation Commission foreign PLLC filing, you will need a separate statutory agent — dedicated registered agent services such as InCorp, CT Corporation, or National Registered Agents are available for approximately $50–$150/year.
Once your statutory agent is in place, your TelemedAddress.com address can still serve as your principal place of business and practice location for DEA, licensing, and Medicare purposes.
